Poor India gift rich University!

It is not surprise, at least to me,  if India proves that it is the ugly socialist drama creator and gives gift to rich US University on the name of the real enemy of India’s poor. 

If he wanted to gift and name as “Amartya Sen Fellows” he should gift from his own packets. By no mean it should be gifted from tax payer’s money.

It may be biggest folly of India to do.
