This constitution of India is all nothing but the cumulative of Indian political achievements, what a pity great achievements not to be changed that is their another motive (different story) to ruin the poor by way of saying the basic structure is the poor they can not be changed in terms of public policies of political, they should not be in terms of Indian political constitutional terms………
